Who it is for
Coupons come in $1, $2 and $5 values and taxi drivers do not give change for them — pay any remainder in cash. Coupons cannot be transferred or used as a tip. The $40 for $80 package and the one-per-month limit are confirmed for the Victoria region; other BC Transit regions run their own versions, so check your region's page.
