Financial Assistance for Recreation (KFAP)
Kelowna's recreation subsidy for residents on a low income — a credit you spend on a facility pass or on programs.
Who it is for
Apply by emailing the Access to Recreation Department. Assessment can take up to two weeks once all information is received. The income assessment counts income from all sources, including disability benefits and workers' compensation as well as employment, investments, pensions, child and foster child support, rental income and funds held in trust.
