Fuel Tax Refund for Persons with Disabilities
Refunds provincial fuel tax on a vehicle you own, lease or have an ownership interest in — and registering also unlocks a 25% discount on your basic ICBC insurance.
Who it is for
Register FIRST — you can apply for a refund only after your registration is confirmed. You register with the Ministry of Finance online or by downloadable form, then receive a registration confirmation letter, then claim refunds.

Up to $500 per calendar year for a registered vehicle, plus a 25% discount off ICBC basic Autoplan insurance
